Sky glass buffering

I am so fed up with the sky glass tv constantly buffering or freezing. 
its connected via Ethernet. Its on virgin broadband ( sky bb was useless and couldn't get a faster speed in my area) Netflix app tells me I have connection speed of 89.83mbps which should be good enough to watch it without buffering.

Are there a lot of other devices using your broadband in the household? All of them will affect the speed of your connection. 

Sometimes just doing the unplugging the TV and restarting it after a minute solution often clears things back to normal working order.

it does it a lot and a pain to keep turning the tv on and off
