Picture frozen on SKY glass tv

My sky glass tv isn't working I've got a picture but it's frozen I've turned the router and tv off and waited, l switched them on again but the pictures is still frozen it was working fine earlier. My WiFi connection is good.  Any suggestions?

Pull the plug for the glass tv out of the socket totally for 10 mins
