Hi @MC001  You don't mention if you have recently moved from another Sky product to Glass/Stream but if you have your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the following link): https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade

If not, have you registered for Paramount Plus through Sky? You should be able to register (or re-register if applicable) as follows:

Go to the bottom of the home page and select the following in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions

Select App subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly.  Hopefully it will say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema.  If so select Activate subscription.

Also, see the following link:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-paramount-plus

NB - It is exactly the same procedure if you want to sign up to Discovery +

Good luck 🤞

Re: Paramount +

Thanks. That's really helpful. I have changed from Q to glass.
From your instructions I then had to go to sky shop but there the cost was 0.
cheers

Re: Paramount +

I haven't switched, I've joined and I had Paramount as part of my Sky Cinema package. Today it asked me to sign in for the first time. I followed your instructions and I have no App subscriptions. I've been using Paramount + without issue for weeks and I've no idea why it has suddenly requested this. It keeps asking me to pay

Re: Paramount +

Did you go to the sky shop? That where I had to add Paramount - although the cost was zero and I didn't pay extra.

Re: Paramount +

Yeah I've gone to Sky Shop but it is still only offering me a paid sign on. Either £6.99 monthly or an annual fee of £69

I was able to use the service for a while and then it has just disappeared.
