Paramount+ not working

Got sky glass delivered today. Have signed into all apps with no issue except for paramount +. Firstly it took forever to load the first page and now it is stuck on this page. I have clicked continue but it won't move. Has anyone any ideas of what to do? 

I also have 4 additional boxes and it won't load on any of those either.

Any chance Sky can fix this? The paramount app is very hit and miss most of the time, two days now it's not worked at all. it will all of a sudden start working.

I have been using Paramount+ on my sky stream happily for years.  Yesterday it started displaying a black screen.  Today it said I had issues with my internet connection then partially loaded but failed to get thumbnail images and crashed.  Now after rebooting I get a black screen.

All other streaming services are working on the stream and I can use Paramount+ on other devices on the same WiFi connection.

Someone moved this.  Anyway I fixed it by going to a program on Paramount+ from the main sky menu and backing out to the paramount home screen.  It's been fine since.  May not work after a reboot but I have a workaround.

• Paramont plus. Never works. Either it freezes on app icon. Or it just keeps on constantly buffering.

I'm the same this morning saying internet but all other apps and devices working keep having to use my fire stick to watch wat we want

Good afternoon community I have just been talking to the the technical guy of sky about the problem which people are having with this guy Paramount app . I was a sky cinema customer until they decided to put adverts on through Paramount app. I didn't want any advice so I found out the way you go . I had to cancel my sky cinema which I did then then I got the app paramount app without any odds. Which worked very good until I thought I go back to sky cinema which I did on a rolling contract that's when the problem started with the Paramount app not to work again it worked intermittently which was a pain in the backside, so I've now decided to cancel sky cinema which I have the lady was very helpful and put me on to one of the technical side to try and sort out the app he was helpful, but he said he couldn't be any more helpful because I had cancelled sky cinema again. I've cancelled it and I'm hoping that my app will work perfectly again I cannot see why you have to do this.

I have 2 sky glass tvs and a sky puc and all of a sudden over the weekend all my Paramount apps on all  sky glass devices has stopped working, when I check on my tvs it doesn't show as an included app but it doe on sky. I am still logged in on the app on my phone and I have even tried to log in and out on my phone and tv using the same details and yes you guessed it my phone is fine but still no joy on any of the sky devices any ideas I have seen other people seem to have the same issue but no mention on sky help

Good afternoon community apparently now apparently now the Paramount app is working, . Sky has changed a lot through time 1st to be shown through cable in Nottingham believe it or not then we are the old satellite dish which now is going to be phased out unfortunately we have also lost a lot of engineers as well. Sky has gave us two TVs, which is good or is it.

Paramount used to work ok for me until I was offered sky cinema package then it seemed to go downhill from then but now even though paramount says it is linked to our sky id on one screen then click to activate but then I get the uh-oh an error has occurred screen but also the app seems to go into German at times. 

called sky but the help they gave didn't work so they sent me a link to paramount for help but all they sent was the same thing that sky said to do. 
so I think the best thing to do is cancel sky movies and go back to getting paramount direct instead.
