Paramount app

This is not going to Long Paramount is not working at all now can sky do something about it? There's a lot of people out there having the same problem. Please do something about it guy thank you.

I managed  to get paramount plus to work this morning, got  signed  back in worked, i  have come  home and it's  not working  again, get the paramount plus logo then it goes to a black  screen  and the spinning  white  circle  and then nothing, all other  apps are working  OK  so I  think  the problem  is with  paramount  themselves they need to sort this  out

Hi, I haven't been able to open Paramount + in the last 2 Days. I've tried turning off then on again but not working?

Paramount+ not working

Paramount+ will not load. I have tried multiple times over the last week, when trying to open the app the blue Paramount+ screen opens however stays on this screen. On occasion the screen then turns black and I have even got as far as the log in screen a few times but upon entering log in details I will then get an error message again. Have tried all the suggested work arounds given by sky support but the issue still persists. Sky are even replacing my box however I doubt this will resolve the issue as I see many people are experiencing the same problem. Any new suggestions regarding a fix?

I've encountered this issue today and I can confirm it's definitely Sky's broadband. The App works on my phone using EE's mobile data. The second I connect back to my Sky WiFi, it fails to load. I am sick of issues with Sky Broadband, my work VPN barely works (and it's only Sky that our IT provider are having issues with) and now this.

We managed to get it on for about 3 episodes of ncis los Angeles and now gone off again getting fed up now been 3 days

Having same problem, sometimes loads up then get internet connection error even though recently upgraded to 150 and all other apps work. Been like this for last 3 days. How can this be happening to so more people. Have tried all refreshing, router restart, etc. Still happe

Paramount+ app not working on sky glass

Got sky glass delivered today. Have signed into all apps with no issue except for paramount +. Firstly it took forever to load the first page and now it is stuck on this page. I have clicked continue but it won't move. Has anyone any ideas of what to do? 

I also have 4 additional boxes and it won't load on any of those either.

Any chance Sky can fix this? The paramount app is very hit and miss most of the time, two days now it's not worked at all. it will all of a sudden start working.

Paramount+ stopped loading

I have been using Paramount+ on my sky stream happily for years.  Yesterday it started displaying a black screen.  Today it said I had issues with my internet connection then partially loaded but failed to get thumbnail images and crashed.  Now after rebooting I get a black screen.

All other streaming services are working on the stream and I can use Paramount+ on other devices on the same WiFi connection.
