The paramount+ on my sky glass is very slow and sometimes gets stuck on the opening logo screen and won't load at all. The sky puck won't load past the logo screen either. Anything I have eventually tried to watch just gets stuck on a bufffering screen. I only took out the sky cinema package today and if it's not going to work I don't want to pay for it for 24 months

Noticed recently a number of you having some similar Paramount + issues on both Sky Gkass and Sky Stream
Ive combined them into this single thread.
Ive alerted Sky in our Superusers closed area to a possible common problem.
For now I will temporarily mark this as an answered post, until anything further gets posted from Sky on the issue.
Just to make sure.
Please try the following if you have not done so already.
Settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Refresh your apps;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
Try a restart of your broadband router, with your Sky Glass TV and/or Sky Stream puck in standby.
Once the broadband is back, start up your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck, watch a live tv channel for about five minutes before launching the Paramount + app.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Having issues here as well with Paramount+. Almost useless piece of words I don't want to use right now. How is it that we live in 2025, and yet big companies like sky can offer this type of horrible service. I don't care if it's a free add on. Either make it work or take it off.
Why has everyone suddenly come to accept the worse service possible from these companies.

Went to watch a programme and I was logged out. Tried to log back in and it won't work

Was working for me for a couple of days but is now stuck on a black screen. Have reset puck loads of times, disconnected it from Internet, unplugged it all sorts but same issue. Other apps on puck work absolutely fine.

Paramount app won’t work tried everything but still won’t work
hi can anybody tell me if they've got the same problem? As I have the Paramount app won't work on sky glass it's been like this for seven hours now. I've done everything what you're supposed to have done it still won't work. Any body else has the same problem, thank you.

I see you say you have tried everything, just to make sure.
Try the following exactly as described if you have not done so already.
Settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Refresh your apps;
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
- Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.
The refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.
Broadband router restart;
Try a restart of your broadband router with your Sky Glass and/or Sky Stream puck powered off.
After the broadband is back up, start up your Sky Glass TV and/or puck, play a live channel for about five minutes before trying the Paramount app.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

I think it a problem with the app, I have just checked it and after the paramount logo it just kept spinning i am refreshing the apps, everything else is working fine

Paramount Plus not loading
Hi
anyone know why paramount plus is being a pain? I am on sky stream (puck) and tried all previous suggestions.. switch stuff off etc, refresh apps. None of it works! Getting decidedly annoyed.. any suggestions on what to do next?

Paramount + not working
My paramount + app won't work...I've tried all the tips that other people have suggested on here but I just get the blue logo screen...it's without doubt the worst app on sky glass never had an issue with Netflix Disney plus Apple TV Prime or DAZN...I've upgraded to go adfree it makes you think what was the point

Paramount problems again
Believe it or not after doing everything that people advise me to do in relating to get the Paramount up and going and working two hours ago it decided to work at the moment it's working okay but it seems to me that sky needs to take Paramount app off and put another one on Because it seems to me that a lot of people I've been getting the same problem. I have got the same app on my Apple tablet and it works lovely. Never had any problems whatsoever so if we are saying that. The app is the problem why don't sky do something about it Yet again? It seems that sky community people have to communicate together until sky will do something about it yet again, I think you all in the community.

Only Sky has visibility of the size of a particular issue compared to the number of users: the volume of posts here suggests either this isn't particularly widespread or almost no-one is using the app anyway.
