On Sky glass i keep getting half the screen on the left side turning pink colour.

My Sky Glass has always been brilliant and I had no complaints up until a few months ago when half the screen to the left side started going funny and always turning a pinkish colour,i've had my 55"Sky Glass TV and Sky Live running off of Sky Fibre Broadband for 2 years roughly now i think and up to now i've been very happy with everything,especially as I can't have a Sky Dish any longer so Sky Glass is my only option,so if someone knows why my TV has started to do this i'd be very grateful and i've tried unplugging for 5minutes to reset both the  TV and the Broadband with no joy at all.

Important to be precise here, given the warranty for Glass is two years long.  I'd suggest logging a fault with Sky ASAP as they will be very reluctant to entertain a claim outside that period (even if you have another two years of loan repayment to go)

After checking on My Sky i didn't realise that I only had 1 year of my 4 years left to pay off my Sky Glass,so assuming that then it means I'm up sh*t creek,being that I'm disabled i just can't afford to buy another Sky Glass TV like that but I can'also have any other form of Sky due to high trees blocking the signal to the dish I'd previously owned with Sky HD,as i loved Sky Glass I also purchased Sky Live for myself but mainly for the Grandchildren to play games on the Sky Glass set up,of there is absolutely nothing I can do about it,I really will be at a loss in more ways than one.🙄😢😢😢
