Sky Glass not working?

Everything we are trying to watch nothing is playing just a black screen

@Linzi+Biddulph  1st thing to try ios unplugging it from the power for around a minute or so, then plug it back in.

 

Once you've done that and you're still having issues then you need to look at your boadband/wifi speed reaching the tv.

 

On Glass open netflux, go to Get Help run connection test, this will give the speed reaching the TV.

 

Anything less than 25mbs for HD & 30mbps for UHD will cause such issues.
