Sky glass still not working after 4 weeks after they all went off
After 4 weeks 7 phone calls to sky when sky glass went off in September they are now saying it my problem and to claim for new TV on house insurance as they have tried on there side and it's nothing to do with them

Have you submitted a formal complaint about Sky breaking your TV?

A few others have reported the same experience. You could try submitting a complaint, but in all honesty, if this is Sky's policy, as it seems to be, it won't go very far, I'm afraid: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

An insurance company is not going to cover the fact Sky broke the TV🤔

Yes just few weeks ago they said on Friday there manager going to phone still nothing yet

Just checking you have completed the reset procedure that sky issued at the time ......
if so at what stage is it failing ?

We have done all the reset tests just saying not connecting

Have you tried it with an Ethernet cable instead of WiFi ....

Sorry ... have you tried the entire reset process with an Ethernet cable

Where an otherwise working device is broken by an unavoidable software update, I'd hope normal warranty conditions don't apply, and I'd suggest lodging a formal complaint on those grounds.
