Nothing works when I add to play list, channel 4 never works at all

I have sky glass and when I add anything from channel 4 to play list, it never works or plays and never shows the episode I want to watch. Always shows an error message saying " that's embarrassing please try later " getting increasingly disgruntled with sky glass and stream, nowhere near as good as sky Q

Try posting in the Sky Glass forum, this forum is for Stream issues.

This is sky glass and stream, it's both. What difference does it make anyway ? It's all streaming !!

Is the issue with Channel 4 on-demand or all on-demand services?

 

Is it any episode or the current week's episode on Channel 4?

 

Have you checked availability of the episode on your non-Sky Smart TV or other non-Sky streaming device?

It's with the most recent episodes, you go

on demand and the latest episode of a programme is not even listed. Have just tried my channel 4 app on my phone and it's exactly the same. Must be a channel 4 issue. Thanks for the advise, appreciated.

Channel 4 sometimes tend to list a show on their catch-up service before its even broadcast, but the show obviously can't be made available until its scheduled broadcast time. I think they are the only ones to do it this way, at least i cant say i've seen BBC or ITV operate in the same way, they just list the episodes as soon as its available to watch.
