SKY glass TV
My sky glass TV just cut out and went black yesterday as if it turned off. Tried pressing button on remote a few times... Nothing. Pressed button on TV nothing... Took a few tries. Now it's not working the same and it's barely a month old.

Have you turned it off at the wall for a minute and powered it back on? This will reboot it and can often help improve things. If it doesn't then you'll need to ring Sky to discuss your options. If they deem it to be faulty they will replace it under warranty.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
