New sky glass remote

Hello, our sky remote isn't working we have to get up and go next to the TV before we can change the channel and use the remote. We've done everything and checked everything. 

please can we order a new remote.

You aren't talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. We have no way of identifying you or access to your Sky account.

 

Ensure you have followed the unpair and repair procedure here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass#:~:text=Re-pair%20your%20remote&text....

 

However if you are confident your remote is faulty and you are under warranty you can use this form to request a new remote: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

 

Alternatively you can call Sky customer service or purchase one on Amazon.
