Re: Crackling noise
Hi @Karen92
Not a lot of information to go off there. Please can you describe your issue in more detail. Is it the speaker? Is it coming from elsewhere in the unit? Is it certain programs or everything? Is it a particular volume etc? Have you tried rebooting you glass by turning it off at the mains for a few minutes etc?
It may be the case that your glass has developed a fault. If you can't rectify via a reboot etc, you will need to speak to Sky and claim under warranty. We are fellow subscribers on the forum.
