how do I change everything over to my new address

Hi @Norrie1
You will need to call Sky and update your address. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. If you have other Sky services such as broadband you can use the online service: https://www.sky.com/moving-home
Sky's contact number can be found on the bottom of this page in the drop down where it says need more help: https://www.sky.com/help/home or you can dial 150 if you have a Sky phone line.
Note if it asks for a mobile number to send you a link to the forum, if you remain silent it will eventually put you though.
