New Sky Glass TV and discovery+

Today I received a new Sky Glass TV.

As part of the set-up I tried to install discovery+.

Although I appear to have done everything correct in the installation of discovery+, when I click on the discovery+ icon, the screen will go black for a period of time, then the screen will go grey, I get a message that I am not connected to the internet, told to reconnect and try again.

Additionally I get an error 400 message.

I have tried a reboot of the router, turned the TV off at the wall for 3 minutes etc.

I have been to settings > system management> resets and updates and selected 'refresh updates' .... no difference.

Using the SKY pages I can see that my Sky and discovery+ accounts are already linked.

Strange that in Sky.com, the link to activate 'discoveryplus', when you click on the link Sky.com/discoveyplus-activate ........ I get a bad reqest message.

I have had the TV for less than 12 hours, and there already appears to be issues ..... this does not bode well!!

This is currently a known issue that Sky and Discovery + are investigating that is seemingly affecting some devices.
