When I opened the discovery plus app it says there is no internet connection. However there is an internet connection and all other apps work. I can watch discovery plus on my from my iPad. It seems the app on Sky has a bug and not sure how to fix it even though I updated the apps. Any idea what the problem is and whether this is a temporary issue

its an issue that Sky are apparently aware of and working with Discovery to fix.
