Netflix App

My Netflix app on my Glass TV keeps freezing, picture going blank and cutting out. Netflix isn't the problem has the app works fine on my daughter's TV in her room. It is a quick fix with just restarting my TV but doing that every 15 minutes is infuriating 🤷😂 My next move is to factory reset, but I would rather avoid that as I'll need reinstate all my passwords. Any one else have a similar issue?

As I was posting this, it was doing it every 5 minutes. I got frustrated and factory reset it after all. 

 

Issue seems fixed, just frustrating I had the factory reset everything

Hi @DeeJay1990 

 

have you tried the refresh apps in the settings ? This can take a few hours to work in the background 

 

theres also a "reload Netflix " option in the Netflix app which may help
