My 3 year old has through something at my sky glass tv and now there are about 20 lines going down And the same going across the middle of the screen

There's a very high chance that the screen has been damaged. If that's the case, you'll either need to seek out someone that can repair it or make an insurance claim.

If you are paying monthly, you need to keep making the installments even if it is unrepairable. If you want another Glass TV, you will need to pass another credit check and start a new monthly payment plan for that one.
