Installed sky glass and works fine but the 2nd MultiRoom in the conservatory works but keeps freezing and the third MultiRoom in the kitchen connects to tv ok but will not connect account so doesn't work at all.

@Martin73 have you checked the connection speed on the Sky Puck that is freezing.
Use the Netflix get help Network check to check the connection speed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Martin73 Do you mean the stream puck?? Multi room is a Sky Q product, not a Glass/Stream product The pucks don't actually connect to the Glass TV they simply need to connect over wifi or prefarably ethernet/powerline adapters.
It sounds like you wifi signal may bee too weak which is why the puck is freezing, I would check the wifi signal in the room of the puck thats not getting connected.

Hi I never had this problem with the old Sky multi room it's since I installed Sky glass Saturday

Network check said fine but think it maybe my broadband power so upgraded to halo 3 hoping that is the problem

What was the connection speed? Sky recommended at least 30 Mbps for Sky stream and Sky glass to properly function.
