@MelvynTate As a first step with anything electronic it to try a reboot. Try unplugging your Glass TV for a few minutes and then plugging it in again. This will reboot the TV and it tends to sort out some software glitches. The reboot takes a couple minutes to complete. Your problem may be something more serious but still worth a try as an initial step.
