Green line down screen
Hi. Our new glass tv has now got a green line down the centre of the screen which won't go away! Also, there is often issues with lip sinc.

Re: Green line down screen
Hi @RSFewtrell
Unplug the TV at the mains for at least 10 minutes and then plug it back in. This will clear any software glitches causing the line. If this doesn't clear it, it may indicate a hardware failure and you will need to call Sky (we are fellow customers on the community).
