I am moving house and have Sky Glass. Does it just plug in at the other end? Going through process of moving via the app tells me an engineer needs to call and a new modem delivered. I was under the impression it was just move and plug in.
Trying to avoid having to be on the phone for hours to someone at Sky!

Is your broadband with Sky? Have you informed them of your home move and have you arranged for the broadband to be connected at the new address?
The Glass TV will work wherever you move it to as long as it has access to fast and stable broadband. You do need to inform Sky of your new address though.

https://www.sky.com/moving-home
You will need to do that, to let Sky know your address is changing.
Sky Glass will be a plug in by yourself, but the account will need to register the address change going forwards.
If you have Sky broadband, Sky will have to activate that new address move for your phone number and account name.
An engineer ( for your broadband/phone) will only be needed to attend your new property you are moving to if does not have an active line or if you are a fibre customer, a working fibre connection and active ONT installed.

Important to understand that 'Glass' is a television set and content subscription service, not broadband.
For a Sky Broadband move, if it's in the UK then putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.
Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
