Watch from the start problems with sky channels on glass

I have had problems over the last few days with the watch from the start feature on sky channels. I have rebooted my sky Glass several times and still cannot get the feature. I could save myself a lot of money I just using Freeview because It feels just like that I'm using ridiculous amount of money you spend On sky Glass

We are fellow customers here on the forum. What particular channels or programmes are you having issues with? You can report issues like this to sky's customer relations team who will investigate with the relevant broadcaster. You can email them on viewerR@sky.uk.

As mentioned above, which channels?

Some channels at some times, do not offer Watch from Start.

Examples being ITV, Film4 and other non Sky channels when they are showing ovenight shows like Shopping or similar programmes.

Sky Sports News and Sky News sometimes during the day broadcasts do not  offer watch from start.
