Thanks to sky for sorting it, they did something in the background and the issue is now resolved.

Re: Moved home, regional channels not changed

I have exactly the same problem with sky glass - moved from Wales to Sussex 4 weeks ago - spoken twice now to Sky to confirm address change and promised regional channels will update in 48 hours - 2 weeks later - still only got Welsh channels 😡

Re: Moved home, regional channels not changed

I have exactly the same problem.  I moved from Scotland to Oxfordshire, my address is all updated and the default is showing BBC Scotland and STV!

I phoned the Sky and was told to complete a factory reset on my Sky Glass TV and this has not fixed the problem.

Any idea on how to solve this?  Not a major issue but is obviously frustrating!

Thanks

It has been reported by other users that it can take several days to a few weeks for the software to update and the local channels to refresh
