Lost sky puck
Hi I have had to leave my address due to personnel reasons domestic abuse . I pay the sky stream and I can't access it now partner refusing to hand items over .... what are my options as I'm still paying for it ... but can't use it

@paul+pj preferably you need an third party such as a friend or family member to recover the hardware as it's loaned property to you
if that's not a option you may need to involve the police to recover it
as for the subscription element you would need to speak with sky and discuss your options

Tricky. If you can't retrieve it, you could 'move home' so that your new address is the one registered with Sky. You need to do that anyway for correspondence etc as you're the accountholder. Your Puck should then (eventually) stop working at your partner's address rendering it useless.
Cancelling would require you to return the Puck, and if you're not able to, Sky would charge you a non-return fee.
I'd suggest giving Sky a call to see what they say.
