Recently lost power to downstairs sockets. Sky TV has been off for a few days. Powered back on today and got a blue screen asking to connect to network. When i do this it says unable to connect wven though the wifi os working fine and even the sky puck upstairs is working.
any ideas how to fix this? Called sky they made me connect 15times then told me to switch it all off and try again in 30mins.
getting a bit frustrated to say the least

go into the networking settings and scroll right to the reset button, that should wipe the existing configuration and allow you to reset up the WiFi connection.

So after trying to reconnect multiple times I called sky back and spoke to a tech. He asked me to reset everything again and I reconnected using wps and password but still would not connect.
wouldnt get past the blue screen so couldn't access the setting menu.
Tech was baffled. Was about to do a hard reset then I thought let's try connecting to my phone hotspot. Did this and it worked. To started updating software. Eventually came back on to homepage and connected to Brqodbqnd automatically.
I should be the sky Tech!!
