Upgraded to sky glass for sport and I don’t have it
Hello we upgraded to sky glass last week the main reason for this was to add sport on. And it's still not added on why is this I said to the advisor like 10 times it's for sport we agreed the price and everything

Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow subscribers. Is it showing as part of your package in the My Sky app or website? If not you can add it there. However if special pricing etc was agreed, you will need to contact Sky customer services.
You can contact Sky by dialling 150 from a Sky Landline or Mobile or go to this site and scroll down to need more help and call the 0330 number (the forums doesn't allow us to post numbers).
