Second TV not working

Second TV in bedroom- no connection 

white box only two green lights (connected light off.

Everything was working fine yesterday- when I tried to watch last night and again this morning - 

no connection.

have tried several times to reset but no success.

Would prefer an operative to call me back to talk me through correcting the problem.

Hi @HughVint just as an FYI this is a community of other Sky customers and not a communication channel to Sky customer services so no one from Sky would be phoning you on the back of a forum post (in fact they wouldn't know who you are as the forum accounts aren't linked to Sky accounts).

 

If you want to speak on the phone to a Sky agent you would need to call them. 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

 

Alternatively as we are all fellow customers here we may be able to offer advice and assistance.

 

When you say you have tried to reset what have you tried to reset and how exactly did you do this?
