Lost Tv picture / sound

My tv has lost the picture the screen went black and the sound was loud static noise the TV as had the latest update and its still doing it

@Andy1516  Try turning the tv off at mains for 5 minutes then restart

I've done that to reset the tv but surely I shouldn't have to keep doing this practically every day

@Andy1516  If it's happening consistently best to report it directly to sky and see if they can help
