@Keely5  Thats not really giving the community much to go on, what won't let you link the TV, is this a new Glass TV your setting up?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have had this problem for weeks sky keep saying they're chasing whoever it is they chase I'm sick of it they don't call me to update and whoever the company they have to contact to sort dont sort it! Let me know if you get a resolution hope you have better luck than me!
