If a reboot doesn't fix it (turn Glass off at the wall for 30 seconds then power back on) then ring Sky and ask for a replacement unit.

@Tommo+1986 It's difficult to see from the picture - has the TV taken a knock at all? If not, can you try resetting picture settings for us, followed by a restart of the TV.
