Is anyone else having the same problem with the sky glass Gen 2

When I turn my sky glass off for a few hours. Blinks when you turn it back on and then won't restart it's only since the new software update to get the TV back on. I have to unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in

I would call sky, i  have never had this problem  and i  don't  think  it has been  on here before
