What exactly is happening?
As you have paired in the Sky Glass forum it's likely to be the strength and stability of the internet connection going to the Glass that is the issue. If you connected via WiFi I'd suggest connecting via Ethernet cable and turning the WiFi off in the glass settings.

This makes no difference. This is a Sky Glass problem. I'm connected by Powerline adapters and although not as frequent as the Wi-Fi dropouts I still get the occasional drop out. I have no problems with my Sky Stream puck upstairs and no other devices in the house.

Hi @braybrooke29 and welcome to the forum. This thread is well over a year old and probably relates to a different issue to the one you are experiencing.
Having said that the following may be of help; One of the main reasons for stuttering and freezing is the quality and speed of the Wi-Fi signal being received at the TV/puck and not that being received at the router. This can be checked with the Netflix App (Get help > Check network) and is often much less than you might expect. The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are as follows:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
These speeds assume there is nothing else in your home using up your WiFi bandwidth.
If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £40 at Amazon). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (& pucks) only supports 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters

ive also had a change of tv at the beginning thinking it was something to do with that but like I said still going and they have no solution for it .
but i also understand this maybe over a year old post but goes to show how frustrated I am still going through it.

Hi @braybrooke29 If Sky have changed the Glass TV and the problem still persists then it is likely to be something to do with the WiFi or router.
Can I suggest you run the Netflix speed test as already suggested as this gives an accurate measure of the WiFI speed being received at the Glass TV which is often considerable less than expected (if nothing else it will rule it out as a cause).

Re: Sky tv keeps cutting out. Ive tried everything. Been happening for 3 weeks now on and off. Anyon
As you will see, I've made a few comments about having the no WiFi error for some time now and I thought I had tried everything.
Three weeks ago, I was having another unrelated problem with my desktop PC and finally decided to get in an IT guy which he fixed. On the way out he commented that I do what 98% of people do he visits and that's to tuck my router on the top of a bookshelf in the corner so it's not so noticeable. He said that within the contraints of how much cable there is between router and the socket it should be in a far more open position.
So, after a bit of fiddling with cables etc. I've now ensured it's away from the wall with no restictions top, bottom or sides (even any ornaments have been moved). Now since then I have had no problem with loss of WiFi connection.

Perhaps also worth noting that longer versions of those cables are widely and cheaply available online: RJ11-RJ11 for ADSL/FTTC/G.fast and ethernet cable for FTTP.

@braybrooke29 I am connected via Ethernet with a speed of 80-85mbps and have no issues so your speed of 113 should be perfectly adequate, provided it is a stable signal.
If it is possible try connecting via Ethernet cable but be aware the port on the puck only has 100 mbps compatibility (hence my 80-85mbps). I was also going to suggest checking the positioning of your router but I see that has been covered by the post from @Magic+Cottage
