Hi,
our sky glass tv was delivered yesterday but the stand sent is the wrong size.
i assembled the stand but it won't attach to the tv as it is too small in height.

You will need to speak to Sky so I have escalated your post to the Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation to an online chat.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.
EDIT - I have just noticed you are an anonymous poster so I don't know if the Community Messaging Team will be able to sent you the invite so if you don't receive an invitation you will need to phone Sky Customer Services.

Why wasn't the TV assembled on the stand for you?
if it had been you could rejected the delivery🤔

I thought that the stand were all the same size for the tvs as they just slot in the back of the tv and the tv sits flat on the base plate sorry if I go it wrong
