Sky glass voice control

Just had Sky glass installed 

voice recognition was working earlier but now not?

This should do the trick 

(it works, I've had to do it):

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.
