I miss my previous tv provider. Sky sucks. Every time I want to watch there is no sound. I don't have time for this every time I want to relax. It stresses me out. **bleep**

Certainly no isues here. But we need some more info to help. What is your setup? Is it live it channels, on demand, both? Is it glass or stream puck? What's your internet speed? Does a reboot resolve it? Etc etc.
The community will then do its best to assist. Bearing in mind we are fellow subscribers.
Alternatively you can contact Sky CS or complaint here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

What testing have you done to try and solve this already or find the cause?

It's a puck. I had to do a full system reset the first time. Now I just need to wait a while and it starts working. It's annoying, but apparently a known issues with pucks SMH. Thanks for showing interest

Good point. I'll check the tv settings. The volume on the Sky remote doesn't work properly either

Sounds like the stream remote isn't quite setup correctly for your TV. Might be worth resetting the remote and configuring it for your Tv again.
