Inappropriate content on welcome screen

I am unhappy about the listed columns on the welcome menu and absolutely no option to change what is shown. I have a young family and some content 'forced' on us does not aligne with my values or the age of my children. Can Sky change this at all???

Sky can, yes, but there's no option for individual subscribers to control what's shown there.

I would observe that Sky as a corporate entity does have declared positions on some issues which may be reflected in the Home page displayed by its hardware and over which it is very unlikely to make concessions: the choice of a household which fundamentally disagrees is then whether or not to subscribe to the service being offered

The system should offer tailored content based on your viewing habits once it has enough data ...

 

im also sure that age content isn't shown on the home screen until after the watershed .... if that's not the case then use the email @TimmyBGood  provided above to advise

The e mail address was used, complaint raised and the content has gone from my home screen.
