Hi @Patrick25 

 

You will need to provide more information than "not working properly" - the community will do it's best to assist but we need to understand exactly what's happening.

 

What is the issue? Is there an error message? Is it all shows on ITVX or specific shows? What have you tried so far to resolve (e.g. reboot or refresh apps).

@Patrick25  try refreshing the ITVX app.  With the open use the remote to type 0 0 0 0 7 7 7  (note there is nowhere specific to enter this just type it when the ITVX home page is showing on screen).  This clears the cache and will hopefully help resolve any issues you are experiencing with the ITVX app.

 

After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. After this the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue.

 

No guarantees it will resolve your issue but it's worth a try. Good luck 🤞
