I've got some programmes on my playlist which refuse to be removed. I press "remove series" but they still show on the playlist bar. When I click on them it gives me the option of adding the series. Tried it and then removed but these series still appear permanently among playlist programmes.

Ideally I'd like to reset and start from scratch.

@TedPeate Try removing the offending programme by going to your home screen > Playlist.  Then go to the very bottom of the playlist screen and select Manage All.  You will be presented by an alphabetical list of everything within your playlist.  You can then select remove series from there.

I find this will usually remove stubborn programmes.   Programmes stuck on the Continue Watching rail are another story altogether and can be a very frustrating experience.
