But it works fine on tablet and phone.

I've upgraded my TV and broadband in the last 3 months been Sky customer for 17 years and I am being told I need another package to use Sky Go on my PS5 upstairs.

I'm fed up with the hidden extras being put on my service.

Sick of it.

@roger1949 If you previously had sky go extra on your account for free then changing packages and or products now removes the free version

to get it again you either need the whole home subscription(which includes sky go extra) or get it re added standalone for £5pm

the free version is no longer available
