Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@FAP06 switching mains power causes the TV to reboot but it wont sort whatever caused the TV to misbehave. Most common issue is poor signal getting to the TV as having decent broadband is only half the story just as important is the bandwidth the TV is getting. You can test thst by using the Network test in the Netflix app's Get Help menu. You need overc25Mb/s to watch in UHD. If using wifi the other issue is interference restarting your router can help sort that as most routers including Sky's own search for the best channel when they start up.
Hope that helps.
