I am not able to open YouTube app on Sky Glass 55 inch which was working fine before

Youtube app was working fine but suddenly it stopped to launch and not getting opened. I tried turn off TV multiple times however it did not work and could not be launched.

Any suggestions or workaround to open YouTube App on Sky Glass TV

"Turn off" do you mean standby or power off at the plug for at least 2 mins?

I have tried taking plug off for more than 2 minutes and restart but YouTube could not be launched on screen and still app stayed there in rail and no progress shown

Have you tried the refresh apps option in the settings? This works in the background and can take several hours to complete
