I've placed a brand new order as moving into my new property sky have asked me to sign me credit agreement, when I log onto my sky app i go into messages and ther is no agreement ther? It says I have no products?? HELP

Thanx for reply.. nothing come thru on email for credit agreement other emails no links on them.. when I click the link u sent me sends me to log in and keeps reverting to enter my postcode.. do it but just stays on this screen??? Don't like phoning as take ages? Is ther a certain no if I have to??

The credit agreement would not be in my messages
Credit agreement is usually in My Documents
Have you tried clicking My Documents.
