I am currently paying sky glass subscription £4 fir my Netflix account but I'm also paying Netflix 10.99. Initially I paid just the £4 to sky and my Netflix account was credited.

Hi @Mandzees
Is it definitely the same netflix account (i.e same email address), when you activate Netflix on Sky billing direct with netflix should stop:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
You can log on to your netflix account and remove payment cards so no future payments can't be taken, but you will need to Speak to netflix customer services re the money they have taken.

Certainly sounds like you have linked a different netflix account with your Sky account, the first time you login to Netflix on the Sky Glass that will link the Netflix and Sky account and inform Netflix to switch the billing over to Sky.

Yes when I first signed up with sky it was fine and my Netflix payments stopped but they have started again last August so now I'm paying Netflix 10.99 and Sky £4

Did you decide to change to Netflix without ads and made that selection on the Netflix app on another device.?
What is your payment method on your Netflix account?

If Netflix are charging you you would need to contact Netflix customer services. Unless you are seeing tv additional Netflix charge on your Sky bill?
