How to cancel

How to I cancel the sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix off my sky sky glass tv as I only pay 19 month for tv and the price is gunna increase by 41 pound separate to the tv which I don't want to pay for as I don't use sky entertainment or Netflix.

You will need to call Sky customer services. We are fellow subscribers on the forum.

Scroll down to need more help and you will see a contact number for Sky. The forum doesn't allow us to post numbers. Additionally if it asks you for your mobile number to send a link when you call, ignore it and it will put you through to someone.

You will loose the TV guide, and will only be able to access apps and HDMI ports. You can get some Freeview channels if you disconnect from the internet and have an aerial connected. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-input-app-on-sky-glass
