Hi @Darren561 

Assume this is your Q remote .

Try completly resetting your Q Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi @Darren561 

Is the backlight on the remote lighting up? If so try un-pairing and re-pairing the remote as per the instructions here:

If no backlight try gently twisting the remote, as if you were ringing out a dishcloth and it may bring it back to life. If that doesnt work, you can order a new remote from Amazon or from Sky (under warranty) here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
