@ZarahC There is no engineer required for a glass/stream, it's a self custom plugin and setup procedure

Installation of what as Sky Glass/Streamn(where you have posted) isn't a engineer install but a customer install. You need to setup Glass/Stream yourself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
