Tv programmes won't load on sky glass There is not a Wi fi issue as I have reset it several time s

why won't my programmes load on the tv guide

@Gailywailly have you rebooted the sky device? You need to turn it off at the plug for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on?

If that doesn't fix it, can you open Netflix, go to Get Help and then Check Your Network., This will tell you the download speed the device is getting.
