Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Stoppy09
Great to hear it's working for you now.
I'm guessing it was just a change needed from Sky's end because less than 24hrs after you reported it and I flagged it up as an issue it was solved which isn't bad in reality.
Thanks,
Tim

The chance of a Sky Employee making a comment is quite slim. With all the chaos around playlist and Continue Watching it took weeks for an employee to comment and hold their hands up to a major problem with the system.
If you are looking for a response then drop them an email.

This was a configuration issue that was fixed overnight.

Hello, I am having this issue now too On sky Stream. My brother in law also has Sky Stream and his subtitles are off to the left too intermittently.
Is this issue reoccurring or is there a way I can fix this?
I have tried restarting the box and also done a factory reset, but it hasn't helped.
