I have opened the Netflix app on my sky glass and been greeted by a Spanish page with 4 unknown people with locked accounts. Where is my homepage and who are these people? Is this a glitch or have I been hacked? I have signed in to my Netflix account on a browser and changed my password just to be on the safe side. Netflix website is asking me to sign up for a subscription? Can anyone help please?

It sounds like a hacked account. You can sign out off all devices and then log back in as per the info here: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/13243
If the email address on your account has been changed see: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/111934
But netflix is a 3rd party app which Sky have no control over and you will need to speak to Netflix support for further assistance.
